ORDER

Seeking permission to amend the writ petition in W.P.No.8017 of 2026 by correcting the Survey number in the prayer portion from S.No.44/2A1A1 to S.No.42/2A1A1A1 and consequently carry out necessary amendments in all relevant portions of the writ petition and also in the order dated 27.2.2026, the petitioner has been filed this Writ Miscellaneous Petition. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for all the parties. 3.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
