The petitioner herein, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence under Sections 417, 420 & 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.7 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.This Court by order dated 10.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12473 of 2024 dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner on the ground that this case needs detailed investigation. Now, once again, the very same submissions had been reiterated before this Court. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
