2. The learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent submitted that the suit O.S.No.230 of 2010 itself has been dismissed by the learned Additional District Munsif, Namakkal vide judgment dated 16.10.2020 and therefore, nothing survives in these petitions for further adjudication.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
