This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that, on a complaint lodged by one Muthulakshmi, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.146 of 2016 before the 2nd respondent.
4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the Petitioner shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
out, the respondent Police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
