ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 307, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.175 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It appears that this is the second anticipatory bail application filed before this Court. While granting bail to the petitioners/A2, A4 and A5, in Crl.O.P.No.8477 of 2020 dated 11.06.2020, this Court has imposed certain conditions on the petitioners, the said conditions has not been complied with by the petitioners. Hence, the present petition has been filed before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Since this is the second anticipatory bail petition and also considering the fact that the earlier condition imposed by this Court has not been complied with, accordingly, this second anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable. At the same, this Court is inclined to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

extend further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.8477 of 2020 dated 11.06.2020.

3. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
