3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either sides, the delay of 315 days in representing the above CRP.SR.No.31479 of 2023 is condoned.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to number the C.R.P., if it is otherwise in order.
