(Judgment of the court was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) Challenging the order dated 07.06.2023 passed by the learned Judge in A.No.5008 of 2022 in C.S.No.141 of 2019, the appellants have preferred the present Original Side Appeal.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellants sought permission of this Court to withdraw this original side appeal. He has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.
