ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No. 6357 of 2026, dated 12.03.2026, directing the

petitioner to sign before the respondent police twice a day at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall sign before the respondent police twice a day at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6357 of 2026 dated 12.03.2026, is relaxed, and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
