ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the third respondent to survey the petitioner's land and fix the boundaries in Survey Number 3/2 in Boothihalli Village at Palacode Taluk Dharmapuri District on the basis of his representation dated 07.08.2023 within the time framed by this Court.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property had purchased the subject property on 17.06.2019 and he is in possession and enjoyment of the same since then. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has given an online application on 07.08.2023 by paying necessary fees for surveying his property and fix the boundaries, the respondents have not considered the same. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the third 2/4

respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.08.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
