However, he seeks liberty to re-agitate the matter before this Court, if at all the suit is restored to the file of the Trial Court.

has now become infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive this Civil Revision petition, if the suit is restored to the file of the Trial Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
