(2) To grant an order of interim injunction restraining the respondent, his men, agents and servants from obstructing the common passage and from interfering the petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment of the common passage, (in CMP.13990/2019) pending disposal of the above CRP(PD)NO.2162 OF 2019 respectively. Order: These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions the court made the following order:- Notice to the respondent returnable in two weeks. Private Notice is also permitted.
