This Writ Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the order of the third respondent in his proceedings No.10030/2/2005-06/A1 dated 12.06.2007, confirmed by the order of the second respondent in Revision Petition No.23/2008 vide his proceedings Rc.No.10094/2008/C-2 dated 2/6

27.02.2009, confirmed by the order of the first respondent in Revision Petition vide his proceedings G.O.Ms.No.113, Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection (CP1) Department, dated 24.08.2010 and the order of the first respondent modifying the earlier order, in Review Petition vide his proceedings G.O.Ms.No.92, Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection (CP1) Department, dated 23.07.2012 and the order of the fourth respondent vide Letter No.30573/CP1/2013-4, Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection (CP1) Department, dated 26.08.2014 and quash the same in so far as it affects the petitioner.

2.On the basis of the death certificate, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner died on 29.12.2020. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he is unable to get instructions from the legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner for taking steps. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I find no reason to keep the writ petition pending. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as abated. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 3/6
