This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner except due process of law, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.05.2026.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police submitted that no harassment has been made by the respondents Police against the petitioner and he is a history sheeter and thereby, the respondents Police called the petitioner for enquiry in Crime No.14 of 2024.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. If the presence of the petitioner is required, the respondents Police are at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 13.05.2026 ssb/mtl
