Cr.No.805/2020 ..Respondent(s) Petition filed under Section 389(1) of CrPC and 430(1) of BNSS to suspend the INTERIM BAIL TO THE PETITIONERS/APPELANT No.1 and 3 FOR 3 MONTHS from the conviction and sentence imposed in Spl.S.C.No.53 of 2020 dated 30.09.2024 on the file of the Special Court of the Trial of cases under SC/ST(POA), 1989 Perambalur and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above said Criminal Appeal No.1432/24 and thus render justice.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) This is a petition seeking interim bail and suspension of sentence dated 30.09.2024.
2. The convict's (Dhanapal) daughter marriage is slated to be held on 11.06.2026 admittedly, and since counter is yet to be filed in the miscellaneous petition, we are not inclined to consider the question of suspension today.
3. However, in view of the imminent wedding in the family, we are granting interim suspension and bail on the following conditions:- (i) The first petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-, with two independent sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Court of the Trial of cases under SC/ST(POA) Act, 1989, Perambalur. (ii) The first petitioner and the sureties shall affix their photographs and Left Thumb Impression in the surety bond and the trial Court may obtain a copy of their Aadhar card or Bank pass Book and mobile numbers to ensure their identity; (iii) The authorities are directed to release the convict/first
petitioner (Dhanapal), on interim suspension forthwith commencing from 09.06.2026 till 18.06.2026.
(iv) The convict shall surrender before the Central Prison, Trichy on 19.06.2026.
(v) The convict shall report to the Padalur Police Station during the above leave period every alternate day between 4.00 - 5.00 pm.
