2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before Judicial Magistrate-II, Poonamallee on 02.03.2023 and same is not taken on file.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
