TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The respondent is present before this Court. He produces not only the vouchers for having paid the money covered by cheques, but also admits that he has received the money due in respect of the cheques, which were dishonoured and he also represents that nothing more to be done in this case inasmuch as he has already received the entire amount due and the debt is closed.
