ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition in paragraph No.7(c) which is imposed by this Court in pursuance with the order dated 08.04.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.8759 of 2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a coolie worker and he could not able to mobilize the amount to make the deposit, as directed by this Court. Hence, he prays for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would strongly oppose this application on the ground that the petitioner has committed the offence of illegal transportation of savudu sand in a lorry.

4. Considering the exploitation of the natural resources, this Court is of the view that there are no grounds to modify the said condition.
