Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 6.9.2013 to survey the petitioner's land situate at Chengalpattu Taluk, No.220, Veerapuram village in S.No.118/6B ad measuring 0.06 cents.

O R D E R

Though this Court passed an order on 28.7.2015 for conducting enquiry by the 1st respondent, it is not clear whether the said order has been complied with as of now, despite the fact that the learned counsel for private respondents 3 to 9 produced proceedings from the office of the 1st respondent dated 10.9.2015 in this regard.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for other private respondents.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, suffice it is to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation dated 6.9.2013 made by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as respondents No.3 to 9.
