..Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned notice of demand in LR.No. /Relief GO 215/2012 dated 20.11.2012 and issued by the first respondent, quash the same and direct the respondents to execute the Sale Deed in respect of House No.13, Type H.I.G., T.N.H.B. Colony, Anna Kudiyiruppu, Palani Road, Udumalpet.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondentTamil Nadu Housing Board made a submission that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has already settled the entire amount on 21.06.2018. Now the petitioner has to furnish a copy of the 'No Objection Certificate' from the District Collector, enabling the Housing Board to execute the Sale Deed in favour of the petitioner.

2. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a copy of the 'No Objection Certificate' to be obtained from the District Collector to the Tamil Nadu Housing Board and in the event of submitting the 'No Objection Certificate', the Tamil Nadu Housing Board is bound to execute the Sale Deed in favour of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of . However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
