This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the review application filed by the petitioner on 15.02.2018 within the time limit fixed by this Court.
2.Mr.K.Parameshwaran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the respondent has fixed a date for enquiry on 22.12.2020 at 03.00 p.m. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the respondent has already https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
