ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 27.08.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 120(b), 420, 465, 467, 468 & 471 of IPC, in Cr.No.76 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons had cheated the defact complainant bank to the tune of Rs.2,14,10,000/-. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has been in jail from 27.08.2021. He further submitted that the petitioner had received a loan amount of Rs.15,00,000/- and he repaid the loan amount nearby a sum of Rs.3 Lakhs from 03.03.2017 to till date. He further submitted that the petitioner has suffered from COVID-19 and he has not repaid the balance amount. Therefore, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that there are 18 accused persons involved in this case and the present petitioner is arrayed as A14. He further submitted that the petitioner along with other accused persons had cheated the defacto complainant bank to the tune of Rs.2,14,10,000/-. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

He further submitted that the investigation is at initial stage. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has involved in very serious offence and the investigation is at initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
