J U D G M E N T

Aggrieved over the orders passed by the Tribunal awarding a sum of Rs.9,27,000/- as compensation to the claimant, the insurance company has filed the present appeal, challenging the quantum of compensation.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant/ insurance company submitted that the claimant has also filed an appeal in CMA No.1707 of 2015 seeking enhancement of compensation, and the same was allowed by this court by enhancing the compensation vide order dated 18.02.2020 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present appeal.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
