This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to furnish the bank account details of petitioner's deceased brother T.S.Maria Samson and the amounts lying in it, including the pension account, savings bank account and fixed deposit if any, stands in the name of petitioner's deceased brother T.S.Maria Samson, to enable him to file necessary petition before this Court, for grant of Succession Certificate or Letters of Administration, based on his representation dated 16.08.2021.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has an alternative remedy under the relevant provisions of Right to Information Act, 2005, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the concerned authority.
