The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2907 of 2024 dated 14.02.2024.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent filed an affidavit of the respondent and the relevant paragraph is extracted hereunder:

"11.It is submitted that after completion of detailed investigation, on 31.07.2024, I has altered the section of this case into 120(b), 406, 409, 418, 419, 420 IPC r/w 109 IPC and filed the charge sheet against the accused persons before the Judicial Magistrate, Sholinghur on 07.08.2024 and the same was yet to be taken on file vide Efiling No.

3.Recording the above, this contempt petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sholinghur, to act upon the 2/4
