Today, when the matter was called, Mr.K.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 submitted that the order under contempt has been complied with and he also produced a copy of the compliance letter dated 31.08.2024 in Ref.No.CPPC/Legal/202425/2702, in and by which, the Bank had brought to the notice of the petitioners that the Principal Controller of Accounts (Pension), Uttar Pradesh / the first respondent herein will dispose of the petitioners' 4/6

representations.

2. In my view, this communication dated 31.08.2024 will amount to consideration of the petitioners' representations. As such, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be willful in nature.
