W.P. No. 2763 of 2018 V.BHARATHIDASAN . J, This Court by an order dated 09.12.2021 directed the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's application and grant the subsidy of Rs.1.25 lakhs to the petitioner on production of copy of invoices within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. Subsequently, the order has been further modified on the ground that, the petitioner produced invoices and directed the 3rd respondent to reconsider petitioner's application along with proof of payment and invoices within a period of four weeks and posted the matter for reporting compliance on 21.03.2022.

3. Since the order has not been complied with, earlier, when the matter came up for hearing on 21.04.2022, directed the respondents to comply with the order of this Court on or before 27.04.2022, failing which suo motu contempt will be initiated and posted the matter today.

4. Today, when the matter listed for hearing, learned Addl. Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 would submit that, against the order passed by this Court, review application has been filed and the same is pending. As the order has not been complied with till date, and the order was also not stayed, suo motu contempt has been initiated against the 3rd respondent. Issue notice to the 3rd respondent returnable by 07.10.2022.

5. Post the matter on 07.10.2022.
