Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate for the R.KALAIMATHI, J., ssn respondent submits that the order of suspension passed against the petitioner was revoked by proceedings dated 05.12.2015 by the Director 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

W.P.No.33525 of 2014 of Adi-Dravar Welfare, Chennai and she was also promoted by a proceedings of Kallakurichi District Adi-Dravidar Welfare Officer dated 26.10.2022. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 12.04.2024 ssn To The Collector, Kancheepuram, Kancheepuram District.
