ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body of the petitioner's elder son Parthasarathy, aged about 29 years, before this Court and to set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu has married one Akila against the wish of the petitioner. The detenu has also given a statement signed by him on 19.11.2020 to that effect.

4.In view of the above, we do not find any illegal detention involved. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
