ORDER

Mr. S. Gunasekaran, Learned Standing Counsel for the Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation takes notice for the First and Second Respondents.

Since the Third Respondent would not be prejudiced by the order to be passed, notice to the Third Respondent is dispensed.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the First and Second Respondents, on instructions, states that the enquiry on the representation dated 01.01.2019 made by the Petitioner has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been fixed at 3.00 p.m. on 24.07.2019 before the Second Respondent and that notice for the same would be issued in advance to the concerned parties. It shall be ensured that there is at least one effective hearing every week showing progress of the matter.

The Petitioner and other concerned parties shall attend the hearing on the said date as well as on the subsequent dates to which it is adjourned and extend their co-operation for the expeditious disposal of the matter. The Second Respondent after giving full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, shall consider each of their contentions and pass reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken to all parties under written acknowledgment. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. Consequently, connected miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
