ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to register the complaint dt.27.11.2018 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint given before the 2nd respondent is without jurisdiction and the petitioner has to give the complaint before the Thirukkanoor Police Station, Puducherry. On receipt of the complaint, the concerned Police Station will act on the same in accordance with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari .Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh complaint before the Inspector of Police, Thirukkanoor Police Station, Puducherry, who shall deal with the complaint in accordance with law.
