O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed praying to punish the Respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 26.02.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4339 of 2021.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents produced a copy of the proceedings vide No.AB2/1202/2021, dated 21.02.2022 passed by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Chennai, and submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Chennai, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
