This Civil Revision Petition has been presented by the plaintiff. She filed the suit in O.S.No.35 of 2016 claiming half share in the partnership assets, in which the defendants, according to the plaintiff, are not giving the profits thereof to her.

2. Pending disposal of another proceedings, an application under Section 10 had been filed and for the reason the matter was adjourned for a major portion of the pendency of the suit. Subsequently, the cross examination of D.W.2 has been completed and the third defendant was impleaded as party to the suit. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

KST The plaintiff states that after the amendment petition was allowed, she has filed the amended plaint copy on 19.01.2024. The petitioner pleads that for the past eight years she has been denied the benefits of the decree.

3. The plaint reveals that the plaintiff is a widow who has been knocking on the doors of the Court for the past eight years. As D.W.2 evidence has already been completed and only the evidence of the newly impleaded party is necessary, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tindivanam is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Civil Revision petition is disposed of accordingly. 19.07.2024 Index : Yes/No KST To The Principal Subordinate Judge, Tindivanam.
