PRAYER:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for the records pertaining to the Government letter bearing No.7790/Ve Ni 4(2)/2012-5 dated 14.11.2013 issued by the first respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant the fitment benefits to the petitioner as per G.O.(MS).No.340 dated 26.08.2010 issued by the Finance (Pay Cell) Department, Government of Tamilnadu, grants arrears with interest at the rate of 12% per annum.
