This petition has been filed to relax the condition in respect of the petitioner in that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in the order dated 18.05.2023 made in CRL.OP.No.11540/2023.
2. Heard. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
