2. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that due to an oversight and an arithmetic error, the applicant did not pay the court fee of Rs.5,100/- on time.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the delay is condoned and accordingly, this application is ordered.
