The application is filed to condone the delay of 123 days in representing the plaint in C.S. (Comm. Div.) DR. No.75348 of 2024 which was returned on the ground of paying deficit court fee.

2. The reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit are not satisfactory. However, in order to give an opportunity to the applicant/plaintiff-Company to prosecute their case, the delay is condoned and this application is accordingly allowed.

3. However, Registry is directed to deal with the issue in the manner known to law and list if any other application is filed and if the same is otherwise in order.
