This Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from harassing the petitioner under the pretext of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.81 of 2017, the petitioner has already been arrested and as such the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be granted.
