ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 420 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.571 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have received a sum of Rs.2,70,000/- for sale transaction of a car from the defacto complainant and handed over the car to the defacto complainant and thereafter took away the car from the defacto complainant.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner is a Carpenter and the amount collected from the defacto complainant was handed over to another broker. 4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that there are several cases pending against the petitioner before different Police Station and further submitted that investigation is still pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the fact that there are several cases pending against the petitioner before different Police Station and the fact that investigation is still pending, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
