Despite filing a formal counter by R1, neither Mr.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel appearing for R1 and Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate for R2 to R5 express any serious objection to the condonation of delay of 54 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

2. Hence, and also for the reasons set out in the affidavit accompanying the petition, the delay of 54 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.
