The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to modify the conditional amount imposed in the order dated 26.04.2024 made in Crl.R.C.No.748 of 2024.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.In the order dated 26.04.2024 made in Crl.R.C.No.748 of 2024, this Court, for release of vehicle namely, Maruthi Tour Car (PMA White) had directed the petitioner to deposit only a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.362 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur.
