This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the Petitioner on 11.05.2026 under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, praying to to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11222 of 2026 vide Order dated 06.05.2026 to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerk Association, Chennai, Account No.484026006, Branch: Indian Bank High Court, IFSC No.IDIB000M157.
