2. The writ petitioner's daughter, who is aged about 36 years has been missing since June 2025. Based on the petitioner's complaint, the second respondent registered a case in Crime No.213 of 2025. Since the detenue continues to remain untraced, this Habeas Corpus Petition came to be filed.

3. We are of the view that the petitioner has to necessarily pursue his remedy before the second respondent. We direct the first respondent to issue suitable instructions to the second respondent to ensure that the missing individual is traced as expeditiously as possible.
