Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to dispose the representation dated 07.08.2017 within the stipulated period prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.

C O M M O N O R D E R Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, these writ petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage themselves.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The petitioners seek for mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the representations dated 07.08.2017, wherein and whereby, they sought for regularization and approval of the plots purchased by the respective petitioners.
4. The grievance of the petitioners before this Court, is that the said representations have not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioners, as it is for the third respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 07.08.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the third respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
