ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the trial Court concerned daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P. No.3318 of 2026 dated 27.02.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission and nature of offences, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court concerned on every 1st working day of English Calendar month at 10.30am., for 3 months.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is modified. 14-05-2026 nr To The Inspector of police, PEW - Tambaram Police Station Note:
