ORDER

Since there was a prolonged suspension, this writ petition has been filed.

2.Today, when this writ petition is taken up, it is submitted that much water had flown under the bridge and now the petitioner has been reinstated in service and though he was convicted by the Criminal Court, the conviction was admonished under the Probation of Offenders Act, and hence nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
