The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 323 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.187 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is an accused in Crime No.187 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 341, 323 and 506(ii) IPC. He submitted that petitioner is falsely implicated in this case. Apprehending his arrest, petitioner filed this petition for anticipatory bail.

3. In response, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) oppose this petition, on the ground that, defacto complainant is the President of Indian Republic Party. The accused Vicky is involved in SPC group of companies. This company involved in dealing with scrap materials and real estate. There is a dispute between this petitioner and defacto complainant, due to which, petitioner said to have engaged 1/3

accused Vicky. It is also the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), petitioner has two previous cases pending against him in Crime Nos.414 of 2021 and 468 of 2023. The investigation in this case is pending. Therefore, he prays for dismissal of this petition.

Considering the nature of the offence and facts of the case and that the specific allegation is made against the petitioner and also the fact that, petitioner has two previous cases and also the fact that, investigation in this case is not completed, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
