This application has been filed by the applicant seeking to extend the order granted by this Court in A.No.601 of 2021 dated 22.06.2021.
2. Earlier, by order dated 22.06.2021, this Court has appointed Receiver, however, the same could not be executed by the applicant.
3. It is not known as to whether the petitioner has invoked the arbitration or not when they do not have any intention to settle the matter
through arbitration. The question of extending the earlier order does not arise at all.
4.In view of the above, this Court finds no reason to extend the order. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed. Sd/.N.S.K.J.
