Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2025 and consequently, to conduct enquire and thereby cancel the settlement deed in Document No.5285 of 2015 before the Sub Registrar Office, Konnur, in favour of the 2nd and 4th respondents herein in respect of the petition mention property situate at Plot No.10/148, 2nd Main Road, E-Type, Sidco Nagar, Villivakkam Phase - 1, Chennai - 600 049, comprised in Survey No.335/2, admeasuring an extent of 1500 sq.ft. within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that already the representation given by the petitioner was considered and an enquiry was conducted on 21.05.2025,after which the matter was reserved for orders.

3. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
