This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2025.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that already the representation given by the petitioner was considered and an enquiry was conducted on 21.05.2025,after which the matter was reserved for orders.
3. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
