When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by one Suseela, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.297 of 2023 and the same was closed.

2. In view of the closure of the complaint, there is no petition enquiry or FIR is pending against the petitioner as on today. Therefore, it is not necessary to pass any order in this petition.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
