This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2025 after affording an opportunity of personal hearing, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court

2. In view of the limited relief sought for in the Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioners prayed that the first respondent may be directed to consider the petitioners representation dated 20.05.2025, on merits and pass orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2/4

4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents did not object to the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought by the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 20.05.2025 after affording an opportunity of personal hearing and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
